Sketches of My Life.

It wasn’t that tough to be honest, just got lazy in between, screwing up own’s time management and that leads to sleepless nights. Not to mention group projects which are so dreadful, turns humans into monsters with a blink of an eye. But all’s good.

Thus, less time for personal works. Hence the slow updates on artworks.

I don’t know about others, to me, digital painting is the closest thing to traditional art

that can be done on the computer.

Compared to 3D Maya and stuff, it’s really more stress relieving.

I see art as a form of entertainment, stress relieving and an eye opening experience that’s never ending.

To me, art’s never about the competition. Or money.

I just hope that the world understands that. Else, our world’ll just turn even colder by day.

One fine day, I stumbled upon a demo done by Feng Zhu online. And that’s it, screw the assignments. I broke into a massacre of 3 digital paintings.

Bot War

This piece is done purely inspired by Feng Zhu’s demo.

I did it immediately after watching that video.

Also used some cool techniques I favoured on deviantart.

Plus, colouring techniques by my awesome lecturer, Charmaine. I wish I could paint like her someday =]

The Dead Waiter

Inside joke with Emelia when we were on a camping trip with the school in Taman Negara.

It was said that this waiter died after getting choked by a carrot. He returns to haunt us in Taman Negara. MUAHAHA.

Yes, I will and always will love basketball.

Been so busy lately, wish I could have more time to play.

But I will make time to. I must.

Decided to grab this chance to do some stress relieving work ;D

I chose the theme:

Thailand Mythical Creatures

Naga (serpent)

Erawan (three headed elephant)

Hongsa (golden swan)

Despite many of my friends thinking the subject is useless,

I actually find this subject very helpful for inspiration and extra knowledge.

Interesting subject too. And also awesome lecturer who knows so much.

Would love to chat with her and just sit there and talk about the world of knowledge.;

August has started. September’s coming soon.

Good news is my sem break’s coming soon.

Bad news is my high school friends are mostly leaving for further studies in the UK, US and down under.

Gonna miss them all =[

But oh well.
